Course Structure, Modules & Key Features

The programme is offered full time over four semesters and awards 120 ECTS credits. It leads to the degree „Master of Science (M. Sc.)” and is taught entirely in English. You can choose to study at one of four SRH locations: Fürth, Hamburg, Heidelberg or Munich. The curriculum combines core modules in statistics, programming, machine learning and AI with applied projects and specialisation content. In the AI-Driven Bioinformatics & Life Sciences Analytics track, you focus on genomics, personalised medicine, AI-assisted diagnostics and healthcare systems. The programme emphasises project-based learning, cross-disciplinary collaboration and gives you access to academic mentoring, small learning groups and industry contacts. Your studies conclude with a master’s thesis in your chosen area of focus.
